Butter Chicken Wings with Jasmine Rice

  • 2 lbs. whole chicken wings
  • 1 jar Patak’s Butter Chicken Sauce (400ml)
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • jasmine rice
  • 3 Tbsp. cilantro, picked
  • salt and pepper

How to Make It

1.

Put on a pot of jasmine rice.

In a large pan, heat the oil.

Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.

Now sear the wings until golden brown. You may need to do it in batches so not to crowd the pan.

**Alternately bake lightly oiled wings in oven at 450°F for about 30 minutes or until crispy**

Remove the wings from the pot, drain the oil, place the wings back into the pot with water and butter chicken sauce. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes

6.

Garnish the butter chicken wings with cilantro and enjoy with the steamed rice.
