Julie Van Rosendaal shares her most favourite peanut butter cookie recipe ever!
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, sugars and egg white; it will be very soft at first, but the mixture will firm up as you stir.
Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place a couple inches apart on a parchment-lined sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until pale golden and set.
Let cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
