In a small saucepan, heat cream cheese until melted.
Stir in honey, spice mix and lemon zest.
Slowly add 2 tablespoons of water until mixture resembles thick cream.
Set up grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
Slice fruitcake into ½ inch slices, brush with melted butter and place on clean and oiled grill.
Grill both sides till toasted and marked.
Take off grill and top with the cream cheese honey drizzle.
