Preheat your grill to medium high and grill the strips of steak for 3-4 minutes, until just cooked through.

Toss the vegetables with oil to coat and grill them alongside. If you like, place a small cast iron skillet on the grill, add a drizzle of oil and fry an egg for each person. (Alternatively, this can all be done in a skillet on the stovetop.)
3.
Divide steamed rice between shallow bowls and top with beef, veggies and an egg.
