Ingredients

  • 1 ball of store made fresh pizza dough or 1 - 12” prebaked ready made crust
  • 1 340g ball of Tre Stelle® Mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • 4 fresh plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Tre Stelle® Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 8 fresh Paradise Hill Farm Basil Leaves
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • cornmeal for dusting
  • olive oil for garnish

How to Make It

1.

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Sprinkle a round 12” pizza pan with cornmeal. If using fresh dough press into pan.

3.

Arrange tomatoes and garlic on top of crust, sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper, Mozzarella slices, Parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.

4.

Bake for 40 minutes until crisp and bubbly.

Alternatively if using prebaked crust, top as directed above and cook according to package directions.

5.

Remove from oven and top with a drizzle of olive oil and basil leaves.
