Ingredients

  • 2 lb Only Alberta Beef Ground Beef or Perfect Bison
  • 1 lb Perfect Ground Pork
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 whole orange

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the orange in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Use a box grater or zester to grate the zest of the orange into the bowl.
  4. Work all ingredients together by hand until well combined. Roll tightly into ping-pong ball sizes, and arrange evenly spaced in a shallow, parchment lined roasting pan.
  5. Roast in oven until evenly browned and at least 160F. Approximately 20 minutes. 
  6. Toss in your favourite BBQ sauce until lightly coated and serve hot with toothpicks.
