Cook the hot dogs in about an inch of water for 5 minutes, or until well heated through.

Remove them and add the noodles to the water, letting them sit for a few minutes to soften. (Alternatively, cook them according to the package directions.)

Wrap the rice noodles around each hot dog to resemble a mummy—this can be easier with paper towel on hand to pat them dry, so they won’t be as slippery.
4.
Leave a space for the eyes to peek through, and dot them on with a toothpick or bamboo skewer dipped in mustard or ketchup.
