Ingredients

  • 2 packs Founders & Farmers fully cooked mesquite BBQ Ribs
  • 4 Italian sandwich rolls
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Founders & Farmers bread and butter pickles
  • 1/3 cup Cal & Gary's BBQ sauce

How to make it

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat
  2. Cook ribs on the grill according to instructions on the package
  3. Toast bread on the grill for 30 seconds a side
  4. One ribs are cooked let them cool a bit and slide bones out from the ribs gently
  5. Cut into two equal parts
  6. To assemble place BBQ sauce on top and bottom of the roll. Lay down lettuce then place riblet on top. Top with sliced onion and pickle and cut in half
