In a bowl, combine the hoisin, sambal, garlic and soy sauce.
Pour the sauce into the steamer bag with the green beans and microwave for 3-5 minutes until is tender.
Carefully remove from the bag and place on a serving platter.
Garnish with green onions.
Heat oil in a sauté pan and add the green beans.
Sauté the green beans until they start to blister on the outside.
Add 2 tbsp water, the sambal sauce and cover the pan.
Let steam for about 3 minutes until beans are tender.
Remove from the pan on to a serving platter, garnish with green onions.
