Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat grill to high heat.
Bring your steak to room temperature for more even cooking by letting it rest out of the fridge for ten minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Cook steak on the grill for about 4 minutes a side until medium rare and lightly charred. Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on veggie pack, add 1 tbsp butter and cook on grill with the steak until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Wrap shrimp in half a slice of prosciutto then brush with BBQ sauce and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of shrimp.
Roast in the oven for 5 minutes then turn and brush with more BBQ sauce before serving.
Serve your steak with the grilled vegetables, topped with prosciutto wrapped shrimp.
