Turkey & Stuffing Meatballs with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 pkg Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 egg
  • canola or olive oil, for cooking
  • cranberry sauce, for serving

How to Make It

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, dry stuffing mix and egg, mixing with your hands just until combined. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and bake on a cookie sheet in the oven (at 375˚F for about 20 minutes), or in a drizzle of oil in a skillet on the stove top until cooked through. Serve with cranberry sauce for dipping, or warm the meatballs through in a saucepan with cranberry sauce (and a splash of balsamic vinegar, if you like), to serve them saucy.
