How to Make It

1.

In a shallow bowl, combine the veggie noodles, kale and apple.

2.

In a small bowl or jar, shake or whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard and honey.

3.

Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Drizzle over the salad and toss to coat; sprinkle with almonds and Parmesan (if you like) immediately before serving.
