How to Make It

1.

Preheat grill to medium high heat.

In a food processor combine all ingredients for chimichurri sauce and pulse until everything comes together. Make sure it’s not too smooth.

3.

In a bowl mix salsa together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside until ready to use and some juice has leached from tomatoes.

In a bowl mix hot sauce, mayo, lime juice and taco seasoning until well combined.

Heavily season burgers with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes a side until nicely browned and grill marks arise. Top burgers with provolone cheese and let melt.

Toast buns on grill for 1 minute a side.

7.

To assemble place spicy mayo on top and bottom bun. Lay down lettuce then place burger on top. Top burger with chimichurri sauce and fresh salsa, then close with bun lid.
