Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a sauté pan add the 2 tsp of olive oil and heat on medium-high until hot. Add the hamburger, cook until brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the ketchup, mustard, and 2 tbsp of water. Cook until the sauce coats and glazes the ground beef, about 1-2 minutes.
**Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼” to ½” with some flour to your desired shape. **
Brush pizza skin with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Spread the tomato sauce in a thin layer on the pizza shell, leaving a ½” space on the edge for the pizza crust.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese onto the tomato sauce and then top the cheese with the hamburger and bacon bits.
Place the pizza in the oven and cook for 8-12 minutes.
Cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven, add the fresh lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings and pickles (optional), let cool for 3-4 minutes, cut and enjoy!
