Preheat grill to medium high heat.
In a pan sauté onion and garlic over medium high heat until translucent. Add in curry powder and cook for another minute.
In a food processor or blender add diced onion, orange juice and zest. Blend until smooth.
Pour half the mixture over kebobs and use the other half for basting the meat while cooking.
Cook kebobs until 165°F and nice and charred.
