Not your usual breakfast fare – in fact, this tasty treat will blow you away.
In a shallow dish, stir together 2 large eggs and 1/2 cup milk.
Slice the rounded tops off of 4 Udi’s gluten-free cinnamon buns (thawed) and slice the bottoms into 3 slices.
Place cinnamon buns in egg mixture and turn to coat, then let them sit to absorb some of the mixture.
Place a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat add a drizzle of oil and small dab of butter.
When the foam subsides, cook the soaked cinnamon bun pieces for a few minutes per side, until golden brown.
Serve immediately with syrup or the icing drizzle that comes with the cinnamon buns.
