How to Make It

1.

Preheat grill to medium high heat.

2.

In a blender add the basil, pistachios, parmesan and garlic. Turn the blender on low and slowly add in olive oil until a nice paste is formed.

3.

Grill your halloumi over medium high heat for two minutes a side until nice grill marks are formed.

4.

Toast ciabatta buns for 1 minute a side.

5.

To assemble, spread pesto over top and bottom bun, then add your halloumi cheese and top with spinach and strawberries.

6.

Drizzle Nona Pia Balsamic Glaze and top with bun lid.
