Preheat oven to 375 °F.
In a food processor pulse pistachio, parmesan, and panko until coarsely chopped.
Whisk Dijon, honey, and garlic in a bowl until smooth.
Remove skin from salmon filets and pat dry. Place salmon on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Evenly spread Dijon honey mixture over top of salmon. Spoon pistachio mixture on top of salmon until top is coated and gently press in mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes in 375 °F oven until golden brown and fish is flaky.
