Preheat grill on medium to medium-high.
In a pot combine the garlic powder, honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and chopped garlic. Put on medium-low heat until reduced to a glaze, about 8-10 minutes.
Toss the kabobs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place kabobs onto the grill and brush with the soy-honey-garlic glaze. Cook for about 7-8 minutes, making sure to rotate and glaze the kabobs so they cook and are coated evenly.
Remove the kabobs from the grill and enjoy!
