Latin cheese

Perfect sprinkling over or to garnish tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas. Pairs well with: Light Lager, Pilsner & Pale Ales

Brie, Camembert

Goes well with fruits like apples, pears, grapes, pecans, walnuts, almonds. Great topped and baked! Pairs well with: Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc

Gouda & Edam

Rich, buttery, slightly sweet flavour and smooth, creamy texture. Sliced in sandwiches, shred in baked dishes, diced in salads and vegetable dishes. Pairs well with: Champagne, Chardonnay, Malbec, Pinot Gris, Lager, cider and fruit beers
